What Does the following chest X-ray Indicate?

May i know what this chest x-ray findings mean?: Basal markings are accentuated due to hypoaeration. Underlying infiltrates not excluded. Suggest right lateral view in deep inspiration(or would that be respiration?). Is the patient afflicted with pneumonia? Thank you in advance.
